Prices are shown below for the service that I provide and they are:

£39.00 for a weekly Food stocktake (£55.00 for both Food & Bar)

£59.00 for a 2 weekly Food stocktake (£75.00 for both Food & Bar)

£79.00 for either a, 4 weekly or Per Calendar Month stocktake Food stocktake (£95.00 for both Food & Bar)

I don't recommend going past 30 days as a lot could be happening at your venue which could be reducing profit and undermining the stability of your Business as Food prices change all the time.

All the above Fee's and Prices are payable either in cash on the day or by Bank Transfer within a Maximum of 30 days

Detailed Food & Bar reports set up fee's of £100 for each Individual report and Client. Discretionary Discounts are available. The Food account also has a £25.00 per stocktake administration fee to maintain you Menu Costing & Profit analysis as Cost prices are changing all the time, whereas Bar Cost prices only change about once or twice a year, depending on where you buy your stock from. (I do always check)

Results are usually processed the same day depending on workload, it's always busier at the end of the month so try to spread it out over the month. If you can't do a stocktake at the year end of you Financial Year, I can do an adjustment.

Record Keeping: It's most Important to keep accurate and up to date records of your Takings, Deliveries, Credits and Waste to enable me to provide you with your results, I'll also need a PDF copy of your EPoS, PLU Sales report for the period in question, without this Information, I may not be able to provide you with a result or check for any Variances.

 

(Late payment Penalty is £30.00 if paid after 30 Days) You can pay on the day in Cash, by Bank Transfer or Payment Request.
