Below are the sample reports available to choose from for your venues stocktake(s), they Include all of the Information relevant to your venues stock holding and are designed to help you make the best decisions regarding any changes you wish to make. On completion of every on-site stocktake, I will go through the result with you and I'll also Include any comments, observations and recommendations for you to view, consider and action.

There are Three reports available to choose from, the Food report and the Bar report, they can be either separate reports or a combined report. This also allows you to conduct both Food & Bar stocktakes on the same day or to split them up - Food Weekly and Bar Monthly. This is possible because most modern and up to date EPoS systems allow you to create separate reports.

Daily Averages - I use daily averages as they show your venues daily performance over the stock period which clearly shows changes in your venues performance over the 13 stocktake periods and can show rises and falls in performance.

Record Keeping: It's most Important to keep accurate and up to date records of your Takings, Deliveries, Credits and Waste to enable me to provide you with your results, I'll also need a PDF copy of your EPoS, PLU Sales report for the period in question, without this Information, I may not be able to provide you with a result.

1. Food Stock Report (3 pages - separate report)

For Food only venues, the Item Costing, Pricing & Profit with Variance analysis shown on page 3 of the detailed report can also be Included in the Basic Food Stock report. NOTE: Page 3 is Optional.

 

 

2. The fully detailed Food stock report with a separate Bar stock analysis report. (5 pages - combined report)

Ideal of venues also selling Alcohol, Restaurant's and Café Bars etc. (Food, Pages 1 to 3 - Bar, Pages 4 & 5) The Bar report can also be split off to an Individual report as detailed below this sample report.

NOTES: Page 3 on the Food section is Optional as is the Bar Item Variance analysis. (Both are subject to your EPoS reporting, if available)
